Christmas Delivery

As we head into our busiest time of year, we recommend you send your freight as early as possible. To ensure we can deliver for you by Christmas, please take note of our cut off dates for Australian deliveries.

The transit times provided are a guide and may differ dependent on the dimensions and weight of your freight, as well as the location of origin and destination.

​​​​​​​Please note: Freight that cannot be sorted using our automated sortation equipment (as per our fees and surcharges document) will require dispatch one (1) working day earlier.

Permanent Collections

As most companies reduce their operating hours during this period, we will temporarily suspend all Priority and Standard Parcel permanent collections from 27 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 inclusive. Normal permanent collections will resume on Monday 8 January 2024.  
​​​​​​​​​​​​​During this shutdown period, all Priority and Standard Parcel collections can be booked online at myteamge.com (where you can book up to 7 days in advance). Alternatively​​​​​​​, you can discuss your requirements with your account manager by 1 December 2023 if you wish for your permanent collections to continue. 


​​​​​​​Note: All other services will continue as normal. If your business is closed from 27 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 inclusive, please notify your account manager. 

Permanent Authority to Leave

If you have a permanent ‘Authority to Leave’, please ensure that your holiday trading hours and closed period are clearly displayed at your delivery point. This will ensure that your freight is not left unattended until your business reopens.
